The Structure

Three Deliberate Phases

The plan doesn't ask you to jump higher. It builds the sequence that makes jumping higher inevitable — foundation first, power second, competition last.

PHASE 01

Foundation

Weeks 1–3

Landing mechanics, approach rhythm, and baseline strength. The most overlooked weeks of most beginner programs — and the weeks that decide whether the next five matter.

PHASE 02

Development

Weeks 4–6

Explosive power, takeoff mechanics, and bar clearance fundamentals. By Week 6, athletes are clearing heights 5–10 cm above their Week 0 baseline.

PHASE 03

Integration

Weeks 7–8

Competition simulation, peak personal record attempts, and mental preparation. The four phases of the jump stop feeling like four phases and start feeling like one jump.
